What do you mean? Do you want to use another MCU instead of the STM32F401RCT6?
I guess you could use some similar from the same family, but the task involves investigating if the pinout matches and if it requires software modifications, to give you an answer.

You can try with the STM32F401RCT7 (I saw some available at Mouser) that has industrial temperature (instead of commercial). It costs more, and I can’t guarantee at 100%, but it’ll probably work.
